A long time interest in Hebrew amulets was fanned into action and these are the first of a series. The pendants are enamel (clear and colored glass, ground very fine) on sterling silver. Each is individually hand-made. Each amulet is fired two to three times to achieve rich and varied colors and then the text is the last firing. The text is written by hand with a dip style pen and "ink" made of black enamel. Texts include Proverbs 31, "Who can find a woman of valor," Psalm 91, "No evil shall befall you," and Psalm 121, "The Lord will guard your going out and coming in."
